PRESSURE SENSORS

Chicago Stainless Equipment offers several different pressure sensors. Sanitary or non-sanitary, with or without a display, with or without switching capabilities.  Please refer to the table below for information on each series we offer.

		PI10 Series: 2 wire loop powered sanitary pressure transmitter with a 4 digit alphanumeric display, 4 to 20 mAmp output, zero and span adjustable.  Quickly connects with a water tight standard M12 industrial connector.  Easily programmed with push buttons on the sensor.  Available with 1½", 2", 2½" or 3" Tri-Clamp or SMS fitting.  Can be used to monitor process pressure or for tank level measurement with an accuracy of +/- 0.2% of span.  Units of measure can be quickly and easily changed between PSI, BAR, MPa, inch of water, mBAR and kPa, or percent of span.  Available in ranges from 15 psi vacuum up to 363 psi.  3-A, CE, UL, FDA and EHEDG Certified. 		PM20 Series: 2 wire loop powered sanitary pressure transmitter without a display, 4 to 20 mAmp output, zero and span adjustable.  Quickly connects with a water tight standard M12 industrial connector.  Easily programmed with EPS interface (sold separately).  Available with 1½", 2", 2½" or 3" Tri-Clamp or SMS fitting.  Can be used to monitor process pressure or for tank level measurement with an accuracy of +/- 0.6% of span.  Will withstand process temperatures up to 125°C.  Available in ranges from 15 psi vacuum up to 363 psi.  3-A, CE, UL, FDA and EHEDG Certified. 		PX32 Series: 2 wire loop powered industrial pressure transmitter without a display, 4 to 20 mAmp output, zero and span adjustable.  Our inexpensive series quickly connects with a water tight standard M12 industrial connector.  This series is not programmable.  Available with ¼"  male NPT process connection.  Can be used to monitor process pressure or for tank level measurement with an accuracy of +/- 0.75% of span.  Will withstand process temperatures up to 90°C.  Available in ranges from 14.5 psi vacuum up to 3000 psi.  CE and UL Certified. 		PN20 Series: 2 wire loop powered industrial pressure transmitter/switch with a 4 digit alphanumeric display, zero and span adjustable.  This unit is both a pressure transmitter and a pressure switch with a 4 to 20 mAmp output with 1 switching output or no mAmp output with 2 output switching capability.  Quickly connects with a water tight standard M12 industrial connector.  Easily programmed with push buttons on the sensor.  Available with ¼" male process connection.  These units have a switching accuracy of +/- 0.5% of span and will withstand process temperatures up to 80°C.  Units of measure and switching points can be quickly and easily changed between PSI, BAR, MPa, inch of water, mBAR and kPa, or percent of span.  Available in ranges from 14.5 psi vacuum up to 5800 psi.  CE, UL, Certified. 		PMP Series: Sanitary Profibus PA pressure transmitter without a display.  Quickly connects with a water tight standard M12 industrial connector.  Suitable for all standard CIP and SIP processes. Online monitoring/diagnosis of electronics and measuring cell.  Profibus PA profile 3.01.  I&M functionality.  Available with 1½", 2", 2½" or 3" Tri-Clamp or SMS fitting.  Can be used to monitor process pressure or for tank level measurement with an accuracy of +/- 0.2% of span.  Will withstand process temperatures up to 125°C.  Available in ranges from 15 psi vacuum up to 145 psi.  3-A, CE, UL, and EHEDG Certified.
